I done before an after on my 10mm think with 1 degree camber spacers and tbh it's barley noticeable. I would recommend anyone getting these to go for 15mm with either 1 or 2 degrees of camber.

If the discs need replacing I would advise you replace the bearings as well as they don't seem to have the longest life plan anyway. And I would only recommend genuine as non genuine bearings can be pony. As for grinding, are you sure it's not just your pads binding abit?
