Mine used to do this Dave!! I opened the fuse/relay box in the engine bay and removed every relay and fuse one by one and cleaned the connections on them as some had gone green.. Touch wood it has not happened since just before the RRday in march.

As Dan said above leave it as it is. The RSTuner is a great bit of kit but the map rstuning have put on is loads better.

Mk2 Dci and mk1s do share the same front outer bushes, so you just need to locate an uprated item

May be wrong but the outers are the same as the mk1 16v/williams. So powerflex do an uprated version that should fit. As i don't think they do one for the dci.

Looks great in ly. Imo considering its turbocharged it struggles against the 200.

Wheel specialist done a great job on mine. Added bonus is i think they now have one closer to me near wolverhampton? (seen a van the other day)

When i changed my lines i hardly lost any fluid. But as mentioned don't let the fluid run low.

Yep braided lines are well worth it.
