Is it worth getting the 1.4 16v over the 1.2 16v?

To be honest the only thing i would be looking at it how much each one is going to cost to insure with your Mrs on as a Learner Driver. Putting that aside Danny (519) couldnt be more correct the DCI's are great, I have had 5 DCI 65bhp's and everyone has been bullet proof, and very cheap to run.

    Clio v Astra VXR

Who cares what's quicker, better built etc etc etc Neither of you can drive the cars to full potential day to day, so realistically your 0-60 / Top Speed and handling are all irrelevant as you will both spend most of your time sat in traffic Jams or in 30mph zones anyway (Unless you go on a...

Right new setup for the car...

Im not going to bother debating with you as everyone has opinions, I would point out though the comment about 'Utter Rubbish' is again is only opinion as many respected detailers hold the same / simalar views as me.... http://www.detailingworld.co.uk/forum/showpost.php?p=2690920&postcount=34...

Right new setup for the car...

Each to their own, personally I see no need for the best part of £50 on a lance, plus cost of foam, which is why I sold mine on. Snow Foam IMO (Note - In My Opinion) is a waste of time and money, both which could be better invested in the purchase of a decent TFR / Degreasing agent and it's...

Right new setup for the car...

TBH mate, I wouldn't bother with snow foam, it's just a 'fun step' rather than of any benefit. A blast with the pressure washer to rinse the car off will do as much if not more than a good snow foam.

    Bonnet scoops

If its for the Track car and there is no need to look 'Pretty' Why not just drill a few small holes through the Scoop and bonnet Skin and Rivit it on? Its not going to shift then.
