TBH mate, I wouldn't bother with snow foam, it's just a 'fun step' rather than of any benefit.
A blast with the pressure washer to rinse the car off will do as much if not more than a good snow foam.
If its for the Track car and there is no need to look 'Pretty' Why not just drill a few small holes through the Scoop and bonnet Skin and Rivit it on?
