Less engine vibration is being absorbed by soft mounts, it's now being transferred to the rest of the car. Normal with firmer mounts dude :)

Had another go today, sorted. Helps loads to undo the 10mm bolt which holds an aircon pipe in place. Obvious which one when looking.

Re: Mk1 Hybrid Project Looking at the pic I'd say not enough pressure due to the massive roll/sidewall scrubbage. I had a nearly new set of T1r's on my 182 and they didnt come off as bad as that, I played about with pressures a fair amount though. That was on a standard 172.

When do they ever go through the gears on a power run? 1st, 2nd, 3rd steady, into 4th and boot from low revs which is when the graph starts. Or whichever gear it was run in.

Whole interior and cage is going to be white when I finish painting it. Only looks like a half cage at the moment with just the rear painted, but it's all there! Lol :clown:

What had been done to the other 182 that made 186? Does seem very optimistic to me. Also the torque curve, whats going on there? Id have thought a peak like that would belong on vtec y0 or turbo cars.

Finished painting my Williams wheels now and I had the tyres fitted/balanced this morning. Bolted the rest of the suspension on so I could see what it looked like and here are the results. Rattle can beadage :cool: Widetrack anyone? If you're wondering...

Re: Valver Track Car Project Thread Brembo max = grooved. Brembo HC = non-grooved. Max seem to be about 100 whereas the HC's are 49+vat on K-tec CS deal.
