Yep, as said just disconnect the battery, be careful and you'll be fine.

IIRC theyre just on pins with an e-clip that needs knocking out to begin with, and a Torx key to undo the part which limits the travel.

I was thinking the same as Alex ^, the RS wasnt made in that colour so it must have been done specially. Seems an odd choice. Car looks well done though.
