150 quid for my JL audio 1000/1 thats a 1000wRMS into 1.5-4 ohms @ 11-14.5 volts i scored 141.9dB with it and a pair of infinity 12's

anything above 20kHz is inaudiable yeah the lower the better but anything below 100Hz really should be left for a sub to deal with

for 300 you can have the pair of infinity 12 vq's and the JL1000/1 out of the clio

you need one for whatever size power wire you are using e.g 4 awg = 100A fuse max. 8 awg = 60A fuse max.

you won't beat a yellow top i had on in my clio and i charged it up fine the other day after i let it drop to 4.5v

sounds like to me the amp is going into protection due to the gain not being set right and the amp is clipping. don't get a power cap as they are just extra load on the electrical system in the car

have you tried to plug the yellow one in instead of the one that doesn't work and if that still don't work then you will have to get just an audio lead as the one you've got has 4 connections on the plug rather than just 3

the ntl 100 modems can't take 20Mbits? perhaps thats why i can't get 20mbits although i do get between 13-18.
