yeah it was a sweep from about 80Hz down to about 20Hz.

you'd be surpised how amps work they have a better THD the nearer you get to full output.
i'd say go with one amp they are designed to run at 100% output 24/7
nah didn't have one at the place i went.
went to a local car club meet and they put me in a pro catogery(sp) other wise i would of minced every one else lol
nah get a 4 channel then run a set of comps and a single sub
yeah i got a freecom usb stick one that came with a little aerial and i could only get like 3 channels.
but does come with a aerial input so just need a big un in the attic
you need a channel per speaker/set
mono amps are usually for subs and can normally run two subs easily
2 channel amps can normally run a Bridge tied load @ 4 ohms so good for a single sub
nah 13cm is right for the rears.
i got a nice infinty sub{perfect 12vq}(well two lol) and they sound sweet in a small box with a good bit of power up.
also you need an amp for the comps at least as there is no point spending that on them and running it off the hu
yeah if you put dc into them (i'm sure most would die if you did that before it outputed anything).
it cotains more power because it rises at a sharper angle too thus making the wave wider
