Crap picture but that was mine on 40mm Apex springs. I know theres a 40-40 kit and a 60-40 version. Mine was 150-4050, which is the 40-40 version.

If I were to buy a miltek decat (2.5"), chop the olive end of the centre section and then use a sleeve, would this work?

I noticed that they had disappeared, was about to order some and they had gone I did email asking about 195/40/16 T1rs and you said you weren't planning on restocking them. Prices were pretty much the same as tyretraders so I went with them :)

Bit of a weird size, most usually for for 205/45 standard on the 182s, or 195/45 which 172s come with.

5k kick is less noticable with a map, it gets smoothed out. Sounds like the stock map?

Those will be fine mate. I doubt the spacer will get stuck, but I think you can put a bit of copper grease on the back of spacer/hub.

5 doors. How would you insure it? I thought you couldnt add suspension mods you mentioned previously?

Its just chopping both the olive ends(or flanges in your case), so you have two end bits of pipe, flaring it out slightly so they fit inside each other and then a clamp. That's one 519Automotive did.
