my mate had this problem, so i took his amp apart to find the phono plugs had detached from the circuit board
cos i wanted too.
i had a rethink because i thought you have cover for a full year but pay it off over ten months as i had to renew mine earlier and this is what happend

couldnt find anything on linn isobarik but found loads saying that they should be wired out of phase but because one is inverted they are actually in phase
