i have an ITG in my RS-1 couldnt really feel any difference just in sound

i think i will do an oil change see if that stops it. if not ill get a garage to see whats what

Had a tapping in the engine now for 3 days seems to be the tappetts. Had an oil change 4k miles ago. No warning light has come on in the car. any ideas?? its a mk1 172 btw cheers gareth

yeah my mate got the locking wheel nuts off for me yesterday with the black sockets :) got standard bolt all round for the moment

any ideas as to how im going to get the wheel off?? ned to take it off to change my brake pads. got the passenger side off ok but tried to loosen the drivers side and it has rounded off and im stuck? will a windy gun and pressure get it off?
