yes and no doubt any power increase probably give you a better earth for i.c.e

nope that is mpo figure it is only 285w rms/4 = 71 watts rms per channel

well for a start if you are willing open the amp if you then look inside there is normally something obvious inside that looks burnt,cooked or melted and it normally stinks it may be one of the transistors(?) which are sometimes clamped to the amp casing using aluminium heat spreaders, so...

all i can a say is get one youll love it!!!

one question i was on the power but not actually accelerating (end of power) could that have caused it coupled with to much speed?
