It could be 1 of 3 things.
Either the dropper resistor on the blower,
The plug/connections going into the dropper,
Or the plug/connections on the back on the control panel.

Hmmm,
I would say wrong on both counts.
They all had exactly the same engine fitted, this means that they get slower through the phases due to weight increases, only minimal though.
Also i would never choose a Williams 3 simply because it has a sunroof and ABS! IMO it's just a 16v shell with...
I wouldn't choose a car on either of those, Miles don't mean anything if it's not been looked after.
A 51 plate should have at least 5 services done on it and the last one being a cambelt.
