Nope!
The higher the offset the further the wheel sticks out, so fitting 35s will give you 1mm less clearance than standard and i used to catch the arch the arches on full lock when it was lowered on standard wheels.

Although,
Saying that, i have had a Willy engine go straight into a 16v and work fine off the willy loom?!?
Best off checking the two plugs in the relay box.

You really need to use the loom that was originally fitted to the car as i found out recently, the wiring to the plugs in the relay box are in different places and i was left without a fuel pump but oil pressure when the engine wasnt even running. then had to swap the looms on the engine while...
Seems strange for it to reach the gearbox, as the fuel lines are routed along the drivers suspension turret and then onto the cambelt cover.
Actually, if its reached the gearbox, check the little pipe on the fuel pressure regulator!
Its just in front of the oil filler cap.

Really needs to be a Williams shelf as they have extra supports and the holes already drilled to accept the screws for the carrier, can be made to fit the 16v one tho if you drill the holes needed.

Where did you get the downpipe from?
Not sure if the 19 16v ones are different, is the heatshield whole on both sides or does one side have a sort of strap?

The discs are exactly the same for both ABS and non-ABS, that is run by the driveshaft/hub.
Also looks to me like you have got those discs on the wrong way round as the grooves sweep to the middle whereas they should swoop to the out side to clear debris.
