Get them to put it on the diagnostic machine. That will tell you exactly what is wrong with it. Seeing that they have replaced an ABS ring and now the ABS light is coming on, it's safe to say its something to do with that !

Cheap code readers will only be able to do standard OBDII codes. It won't be able to read airbag/abs etc
