Haha thanks, It was a quick shot as i was driving back from a wedding I'd been photographer for. Just grabbed the camera off the backseat with the 50mm attatched and rattled off a couple of shots! Didn't have time to hangaround :(

Just remember that the 20D takes EFS and EF lenses but the 5Dmkii only uses EF lenses. It's a decent camera, i've used a couple of them and i was impressed by the high iso shots with very little noise! I've not used any other camera you could compare it to really as I own a 20D and 1Dmkii so...

Thats what made me ask, the slight tint to the light.. it was either a filter or an awesome sunset/sunrise to get that much colour from natural light lol

Haha, nice cars when there looked after! Was it taken under natural light by the way?

If I was gonna try it I would set my camera up on a tripod, set everything up and put the camera into Av mode. Using my remote I'd set it up so the camera took a photo once every 30 seconds and leave it for an hour. Not sure what software I'd use to put them into a video frame though, probably...

Seen that on your flickr earlier, looks like something that could be used on an advert!

Cheers Dan, MArsden rock is difficult when the tides so far in, nothing of any interest in the foreground so i had to wade in to get to those rocks! It's an area i plan to go back to cause im still not 100% happy with what ive got from it so far!

Run and gun seems to be the MW2 style of play... not as easy on WAW or Blops... which plays to my strengths! Probably why i enjoy it so much, its pace is one im comfortable with! Im hoping for some sort of balance with MW3

Yep, which is why i played with cheaper ones first... to see if i enjoyed it! I've invested all my money on wildlife tbh, 300 prime, the 1D body 1.4tc but nothing in the way of landscapes.. not anymore! Come june i will have the canon EF 17-40 F4L :) Lee filters will follow shortly after!

Interesting! I will more than likely end up with a set of Lee filters but for now im playing around using some Kood filters. I still prefer wildlife atm but lndscapes are starting to take over! Looking at some more L glass to, the kit lenses just aint sharp enough!

I wish i had a 10stop filter, the welding glass produces some horrible lines across the photos so i wont be using that again! but the leebig stopper is a bit outta my price range atm! I used manual focus and conecntrated on getting the end of the boards in focus IIRC this was taken at f16 This...

lol nothing better than "celine dioning" someone on MW2 Tbh i like Blops, once you get into it, it is a really good game! the ammount of new ideas they brought into it was a breath of fresh air. As for MW3 i'll wait til i'v played it to start liking/disliking it.. trailers always look better...

Not really, The map pack comes out on PSN at the start of June ;) I have it on xbox too like lol just to get a head start on the people on PSN Looked through twitter before and there has been nothing official said about a time of when it will be back up so... keep trying lol

Im not actually missing playing online at all tbh! As said earlier its given me the kick up the backside i needed to get out with the camera but... im still looking at the PSN blog. There was a message earlier today saying sorry etc etc and that it would be a while before its back up so god...

The mkiii has notorious AF problems. It's the only reason I went for the mkii!

Whatever you are using now, your 1D Mkii's AF will be 100% faster more accurate. I speak from experience of using that body!
