Do it properly if you want xenons. Please dont add to the chavy hid conversions you see on shitbox corsas, ax's and on some 1.2 clios. They are dangerous to other road users and look crap imo. Renault charge about £300 for the proper kit. They do come up on ebay.

Its not that big tbh, its amusing, but not as good as a turbo kicking in. I prefer the build up from 4k to about 5.5k as thats when things start to get fun. Anything after 5k your ears start to bleed imo.

What fuel are you using? Mine averages between 33 and 36 mpg. Reset every full up which is a full tank. Run from London > Bristol I got 44mpg sat at 70ish. If you sat at a constant 80 its just starting to come on cam as you are coming up to 4k revs so its going to start drinking fuel quicker...
