hey guys got a l reg rsi on 16s. just want to know how low could i go on the back with out rubbing. i dont mind slight rubbing either ha. also what do u think is the easiest way to lower the torsion bar without using a slide hammer? any ideas?

lol sorry bout the caps key ha. i tried lubing the pulleys it went away for a couple of seconds then returned ha. also it only apears at certain revs, for eg it would happen at 2 and half thousand revs and then 2mins later it would make the noise at a thousand revs.
