RSI NOISE!!!!!

hi guys, there is an annoying whistling noise coming from the throttle body of my clio rsi. i originaly thought it was coming from the alternator but after further inspection it is actually coming from the throttle body housing. i recently cleaned it all with wynns cleaner. it makes a loud whistling noise on start up and as the engine gets warmer it gradually gets quieter and then disappears. its definitly is the throttle housing. any ideas how to fix it? cheers

You'll most likely find its the idle control valve, in which theres nothing you can do.

i did give that a good clean out and give it a new gasket but still there ha.

The sound will be the air going through it.
