Is this a one off? If so, just index them with the builtin indexing service. You could even the use vb to query the catalog. On my phone at moment so can't get you examples.

Yes its an inconvience to you as they are probably going slower than a car but if you ever overtake a cyclist you need to give them at least a cars anyway. A lot of them do it to prevent motorists making stupid overtaking moves when there isn't enough room. Just be more patient. You did though.
