Sounds like you've got some kind of spyware installed mate. Check your Add/Remove programs for stuff like "Save Now" and things that sound a bit fishy. Post in here what you find.

Not out dated at all. I have 6 Windows Servers at work and 3 Linux servers. Windows servers, on average, need a power cycle every 90 or so days. My linux servers are at 589 days (mail server), 392 days (web server) and 412 days (file server) respectfully.

Go to Network Connections
Double click on the Wireless Network Connection
Go to Properties
Go to Wireless Networks tab
In the preferred Networks list, click on your Mums connection
Then click Properties
Click on Connection tab
Tick the box and click ok...

I agree Roy, but a Xbox 360 is around £300-400, of which you could spend that and more alone on a decent graphics card for a PC.

nick, on the top of the ipod where the headphones plug in is a lock switch. this disables all the controls on the ipod. go take a look to see if this is the problem. alternatively it might need a full battrey charge as per the instruction manual.
Windows primarily used for ASP and .NET applications (front page extensions yadda yadda)
Linux primarily used for PHP, CGI, PERL, MySQL etc..
Both will host HTML etc web pages no problems but the Linux one will be loads more reliable.
