i must be lucky then coz ive bought 6 x interiors and number plate led's, plugged in perfect first time, nothing wrong, no silly buggers, they fade nicely and work just how i wanted
brought 2 x Christmas trees home in it.. so got home and bought a handheld car vacuum cleaner, Autoglym interior shampoo and an upholstery brush.. fix the mess Tuesday :)
It has Megane 2 on their website for £99 which looks like the same layout as a Clio mk3. I'm assuming that's them doing it for you. Can't see an address anywhere though? I'd do it at that price too. Any idea what their works like?
changed all 6 interior bulbs to white led's, then when trying to do the same with the number plate lights broke both of the housings! Woohoo, eurocarparts, £11 pick up replacements tomorrow, gimp!
yeah id definitely get it done pro, theres a place recommended to me near the mother in laws. another 200 owner went there and got a good job done. Im jst toying with the idea, id go black or nothing at all i think
nice, bring it too, luv those Meganes:smile: thats what i plan moving onto after the clio, probably a 275 or maybe even one of the 2018 ones if they have dropped in price enough by then
I don't drive slow to avoid police, I do it coz my 200 is so nice to cruise along in. I totally luv my 200 and can't imagine driving anything else for at least 3 years! I'm guessing your clios would be coming to our meet in January?
Got up at 7 am and had a 2 hour drive around the Mendip hills and Cheddar gorge enjoying the hell out of my 200. It's the dirtiest I've ever made a car lol wash day tomorrow:laughing:
Picked up new headlight bulbs, went to 2 garages who told me it was a bumper off only job, they'd charge me for a full hours labour, then the bloke in a Halfords autocentre change the pair in under 20 minutes for £15! Got lots of "hmmmmmm french cars" comments (in a bad way)
So 10 glorious days into 200 ownership and headlight goes on the way home from work just now. So whats the part no. i need? are there recommended types for durability? and are they a mare to fit? (zero mechanical skills btw)
Oh I know they're overpriced normally, usually it's 33% off. 55% is a little better. £50 for a full set of front and back Brembo pads still seems good to me though
Hi,
Not sure where to post this so feel free to move it but theres a 55% off code of NOV55 on at GSF from now till 12th November.
Just used it to get a set of Brembo front pads for my 200 for £30.31, shame they dont sell rears for my car, i used carparts4less 12% off NOV12 to get them for...
That's exactly what I'm like in the Clio, I swear I drive slower 90% of the time than I have done in anything I've ever owned. I just cruise around in 4th or even 5th gear (now that I have 6) nice burble from the cat back so no one's any the wiser... But that 10% of the time when the right road...
