The flatter the panel, the better Lamin X is. I tried some fogs on a ZR twice with it using a lot of heat. It still bubbled and peeled off rather quickly.
You'll get some pictures of broken Rays/Volks now.
Difference is, I smacked a pair of Regamasters so hard I cracked a driveshaft, bent a subframe, bent the lower arms and the toe arms, yet despite being very bent themselves they still held air and I was still able to nurse it home. Had they...
It won't be as reliable as a 5-700 bhp RB (still for that power I'd go JZ for better reliability), I get the weight issue though. Will need serious maintenance etc, but they sound mental with that head, a big blower and all those revs for what was once one of the worst 4 pot noises ever...

Poked some more holes into it lol.
I'll just cut that panel out like I did on the other side last year. It extends into the bodywork this time though...
Decided to poke around the driver's...
Heat gun is the future.
Keep digging away at crusty areas, and holes are growing or appearing.
Found out where my boot was leaking now at least, this drove me mad. Strut top joint, woo.
