never really look at my speedo - im more focused on revs when im trying to get a move on. I do know that i get 110mph in 4th. Thats in a 2ltr williams with a HP chip (limiter kicks in at 6750) i swear i could get 115 (in forth) in my valver.
Can any 1 confirm this?

sounds like your clutch is not disengaging correctly - remove the platic grommet that the ped rests on - you will here it click as it comes up. Replace the clip and see what its like then after.

oddly enough smokey even with the williams lump you still get a better kick higher up in the rev range. i dont know if this is becuase im running a 1.816v manifold - but it does share similar charateristics.

When i first bought my 16v i was over the moon with it, (coming from an XR3I who wouldnt) but the thing was i didnt know how to drive it correctly.
