Worst thing about my valver is the driving postion, its to high up. My MK4 escort had a better driving postion then my Clio.

Contact Andy @ GDI, he done mine. If you look down where the column goes, theres a rubber sleeve. Pull it up then get a mate to rock the steering wheel. You will see the play, its basically the part that fits into the sleeve.

There almost as fast as each other so id take the civic and save your pennies.

AI606 is a quality bit of kit! Ive never had any trouble with mine and it works a gem, you cant go wrong with TOAD. I had a clifford on my previous motor and it was a pain in the fecking ass.

Stiff steering is good... its all very well having power steering when parking, however on the open road i think its nice to have a firm steering like feel.. All decent performance cars have this characteristic.

16vgaz - dont give up fella! i was in the same boat as you when i was looking a 16v myself!! It took me 6months in the end to find an example i was happy with. Sadly not all 16vs are looked after aswell as some of the Williamss out there. If your patient you WILL find the 16v your looking for...
