    Not to bad in that position as there is an air scoop up front for the OE air feed which woul dgive it a fair amount of cool air when on the move. Box it in from above and it should stay pretty cool

    Agree, petrol consumption on WRXs is frightening.....I had to get rid as I found myself going easy everywhere just to try and get 20mpg!

    I ran an Impreza for two years! Brought the 172 a couple of years ago and have thouroughly enjoyed owning it:D

    Got 45mpg out f my 172 at the weekend....probably due to being held up and having to stick at 50mph everywhere

    Get the Toyota, see how it goes..punt it on if it turns out to be crap as there are plenty of good 172s around so you can return to the 'fold' at a later date.
