Welcome to the forum.
You will find yourself looking for 7th gear in any 197/200, and I did find it frustrating on long motorway journeys.
Look for melting steering wheels, crunchy gearbox, wearing bolsters ( on Recaro's. )
I'd personally hold out for a decent R27, should your budget allow?
I've had Ultra Red, Nimbus and Glacier White, but if I were to choose again it would be Racing Blue. I think the colour suits the shape of the car beautifully.
I'm not young enough to pull off Liquid Yellow, and I'm not stupid enough to purchase a bright Green Clio.
To get it done will probably be quite expensive, especially if you're skint, but not as much as you'd have to fork out if the Belt snaps.
For peace of mind just change it.
Hi D4VPC,
I rememeber seeing you when you had your R27 and I had my Red 200. Not sure I've seen you since owning the R26, but welcome along again buddy.
Hi Jacob,
Both cars look great. Depending on where you're based or budget and preference, my GW R26 will be getting part ex'd within a week or so and would love it to go to a decent home?!
I didn't even realise there was anything going on in Harlow, until I was stuck in MaxPower traffic, people trying to race me and random people walking over and looking in my car whilst stationary.
