Very easy to change it over. Few screens at the top of the boot lid, pull out the light socket and washer, re-fit them to the new one. 5 mins job at max.

Look on eBay for a dynamique spoiler and get it sprayed if it already isn't. I got one on eBay for 40quid, looks well too.

I refer back to my previous comment in the other thread that you made. Lose exhaust, wheels and colour code and slam it.

Remove the wheels, colour code it, lose the exhaust, slam it. That would be a start.
