i got j townsend involved about the 182 cup pack argument with renault insurance coz i was being charged extra for the suspension pack... jeremy spoke to the ins company and got it sorted, standard spec is as it left the factory.... i.e if you asked for a/c xenon headlights leather interior etc...

tell them you want your money back speek to the boss and demand it back coz they obviously didnt fix it

it is an import thing you need one as well as the v5 + purchase invoice in order to get warrenty work done
