Really glad to hear you're getting on well with it. Sounds similar to the experience I've had with my 106 GTI that I bought in November, heard they were quite high maintenance but it's been faultless over winter.
My Mum wants an old hot hatch to drive over winter next year, as you've said it's...
I'd have a Fiesta Zetec S all day over a Clio GT. Looks miles better and you've got the option of Mountune tuning on the petrol should you end up wanting a bit more power
My parents have helped me out with all my cars, I'm not afraid to admit it.
Being sensible and appreciative of what you've got isn't just something that comes exclusively to those who've paid for it themselves!

You can lead a horse to water but you can't make it drink is worth remembering!
Liam I reckon you should have gone for white speedlines! Then the white 'fin' wouldn't look so out of place then. The black wheels don't really match with anything other than the front bumper insert.
I'm not making any judgements yet, I'm sure in time you'll have it up to scratch
Engine should go on and on with regular servicing, some on here with way past 120k
Rest of the car will go on as long as you're prepared to replace worn components!
Love it Dave, like the interior personally! Don't think it looks out of place or dated but thats just me. Get some leather treatment on the seats and it'll be looking brand new
