Guess it depends where you get RRd and also what state your engine is in. I get 148bhp from BB chip, Mangnex inc decat and a BMC CDA, RRd at BB. Check dizzy, rotor, HT leads and spark plugs and also worth 10k boost and fuel additives to make sure the engine is running as healthy as it can be.

Last year at BBPT, think about 137 quid plus VAT but water pump needed doing too and got chipped before price went up. Also low temp switch and thermostat fitted, coolant flush, new HT leads so a bit of a service really.
