I finally found out that the car was missfireing because of a faulty injector in cyl 3 by swapping 2+3 about and have replaced. It now idles at 2k?
The injector was got from renault but the plug faces the opposite way to the rest.
Any thoughts?
So i lost a cylinder yesterday and pulled out a manky spark plug and replaced all 4 with the ones in the picture. After i put everything together the car turned over but did not start. As above, are they right?
After hitting plastic on the motorway on friday, a gsxr1000 thought he would fight my month old cup this afternoon, and unfortunatly came away the winner. Looks like CSS will be cancelled for me unless the insurance will fix this. Completley gutted.

Cheers

So after a year of procrastonating and buying crap cars, i finally bit the bullet and flew from belfast to middlesbrough to buy this lovley 172 cup.
I spoke to 10 different people and went over to sheffield for a 182 2 weeks ago to find out it was a heap, so it tooksome serious amout of...
Jack it up and roll the wheel an listen for any strange noises, grab the top and bottom of the wheel and jigge it to see if there is play in the bearing? That should really show any faults with the bearing
I noticed these lines on the door of a 182 and it was the same on the other side. One on the sil and the other on the top of the door frame.
I immediately thought it was a c&s but now i doubt it as they are way too neat
