if your having the coilovers fitted at a garage get them to set up the tracking ect back to standard factory set up, will prob cost about £50 extra but worth it as generally the suspension geometry will be different after you have lowered the car thus increasing tyre wear ect and more...
he means the shock set up can be made soft or hard but they only have a single spring rate available with the kw v3 which is a better compromise for your needs (stiff enough for track but comfortable for road use)...
the ast are adjustable in the same way as the kw v3 but the springrates make...
if they have signs of oil leaking out, you may have to remove the bump stop and look for wear on the shock piston that is sign the seals may be perished!!!
i think they are alot of cash.....
road, track and slicks are the different spring rates recomended for which ever you do most of, if you do a lot of track driving then i would pick track set up, if its a dedicated track car then slick set up would be best and if you just drive it on the road...

that could be anything lol
have you looked up the part numbers/info stamped on the wheel on google or just looked for pics??...
if the tyres are decent might be worth trying to get a decent set of mk2 ph2 dynamique alloys.....
panel filter is all you need... to hot under the bonnet for an open induction kit to work unless you go for a bmc cda or similar and run the caf to the wheel arch.
only aftermarket exhaust i kin find for the mk3 non sport is a mongoose/scorpion but theres no garentee it will fit in the rear...
