i removed the dash and the cut the old tweet pods out, and mounted the new ones were the old gilles used to be.
TBH its easier to get a better result removing the dash
the aliante subs are truley the SQ adicts sub as bambam says, a guy on another forum i use has 2 in his car, and he is crazy on sq,

good question, will it not just be that it requires power power to the sub to move the larger cone?
But smaller cones are faster, this may play contribution to it, but you could always run each sub on a different preout of a HU that has 3 preouts and time correction, and have the 10" and...

yer but come on, look at what youve got - as has been said the seats are awsome so are the wheels and calipers, you get the nice sound, and the nice screen in the dash - not sure if this is standard but its in my mates and its sweet.

Yes do amp the fronts - very much needed a HU of about 50x4 gives out about 23rms - if that, a good set of comps takes upto 100! youl be underpowering them, and getting little of ther pottential out of them. If you want info on how to do this PM me...

ive just got some polk momo comps, mm455, reatil £500. but new stock they are last sasons stock, so you can pick them off a 001 mobile for about £200, thas what i did. Im very impressed with them

^^ thats waht ive done, got one cold cathode running at the mo, but in the next few days it will be running another 3. if the amp is in your boot, there is not going to be a time when you will need the lights on when the boot is closed is there!!
