I had mine sprayed over and the rust eventually returned. In the end got my mate (whos got a bodyshop) to cut the old arches out and put new ones in. Total price i paid for arches, fitting and spraying was about £200

I second the cam belt getting changed earlier rather than later. Mine snapped at 61,000 and caused a right mess!!!

My mate bought some of the suede look seat covers from Halfords. From a distance they looked fine, but they ended up moving all over and quickly lost their shape In the end he unpicked the stitching on them, took them back and got a refund!!
