This seems unplayable tonight - shooting at someone from a distance with an Assault rifle - hit markers to find they own me with a Sub machine gun - this takes the piss tbh - i then try a Sub machine and dont get any kills - plenty of hit markers tho, oh well

Ive got the exact same noise matey, i did think it was exhaust related as well... Does it sound like its coming from the left side of the engine when your in the car (although obviously its coming from underneath lol)

Iirc it cause a flat spot at the point where the VVT (think thats what it's called) kicks in

Easiest way i think is stand in front of the engine. If the noise appears to be coming from the bottom left area then it could indicate dephaser pulley. Try a search also as theres probably a guide somewhere

If its a rattle when at idle it could be the de-phaser pulley
