I have just fitted My AST ones and all I can say is WOW! what a difference in the steering! feels attached to the car now instead of very vague.

Mine is boomy at 70mph and is never raspy. Its a very smooth sound and with my air filter setup sounds absolutely spot on. Id recommend them highly.

Yeah but less noticeable as Renault noticed they had made a mistake and made the cast matching better.

I did it all over a weekend so It was a group improvement but id say yeah if you have a 172 it definitely is! The remap has the jms pops and bangs add on so it bangs and pops on overun above 4k.
