I run the softs on road & track don't see a need for mediums.
Was doing 20 to 30 min stints at Silverstone with no problems.
Perfect on road if a little noisy, 23rd April Croft next :D
If you learn a circuit you won't need to be on the brakes as much :wink:
Good decision spend your money actually doing trackdays not talking about doing them :smiley:
I was at Silverstone on Friday & go pro with suction mounts are allowed.
What is NOT allowed are the 1970 p**n cameras etc suction mounted to windows.
Was told little go pros are fine.
Will how how this goes as I attend other venues.
Technology just keeps galloping along wonder where we will be in the next five years.
Quiet lucky my day job involves lots of the latest tech gear.

The sound levels are stunning but step outside the beam, levels drop off drastically.
We use lots of Panasonic ptdz680s some rooms have twin projection.

All running high end audio through digital dsp some rooms have these
bad boys...
Watch the rated lumens outputs as most fall off a cliff after a few hundred hours.

That's one of the many reasons I have been mx5 for 5 years.
Did over 40 full trackdays & never missed a beat.
My Clios were always falling apart with less hammer.
Spend money on tuition rather than modifications, you will be quicker.
Don't agree with if you want to go faster buy a faster car, for me this is the fun part mixing it with cars that should leave me for dead.
I think the guy he us quoting must of been running the NS2 which are rubbish & nothing like the NS2R.
The side walls are rock hard on these by the way.
I use them on road & track & have the soft option, but FM are they noisy!!!
The RSR was a better tyre to live with.
