    Brembo HC discs, and DS3000 is a good brake set-up. I am currently running HC discs and Carbon Lorraine RC6 pads excellent stopping power when hot and they also work well when cold.

    5W-40 oil (depending on budget) OEM oil filter and new washer. Spark plugs NGK Renault Type D engine coolant.

    I have H&Rs ( pretty much the same as Bilstein B14's) fitted to my 172 and they're fairly soft, so fine for road use.
