lol we will have to agree to disagree then ;) too soft for my liking in standard 197 guise, the r27 and cup do however have slightly more presence with a better stance spacers and h&r's are a necessity to beef up the look imo

saw a few more 197's today, im the opposite with the whole 'presence' thing everytime i see one it takes a while to register as to whether its a 197 or just a normal mk3 clio, i dont think they stand out much at all, although im guessing thats was reno's aim as the 197 seems to be very...

mark does the badges etc, bonnet and bumper respray were done at a garage which i use for all my 'big jobs'

riz gave me a sample of purple haze and recommended me that for the rb, havent had chance to giv it a whirl yet though

the car was dyno'd at around 193 iirc, the only problem was the exhaust was blowing as the crappy clamp which joins the decat to the rear section of the exhaust wasnt tight enough, since then i have sorted out a new clamp but havent had it dyno'd yet. now the exhaust is fixed i would assume it...

as rich says its all in the prep for the racing blue :) i generally use collinite 476s and top it up with p21s but i will be putting a few coats of supernatural on for the summer :)

loads of people have painted theirs on here and have been left with a good lasting finish, stoodie's old motor was yellow, james had a red one, freds was orange and gdi have done a few black ones. i pianted the top of mine black about 2 years ago and its still fine now :)
