I use a ph1 sender with walbro 255lph pump. Low boost you'd be fine with a 225lph pump.
I also use gt2860rs turbo but not mapped yet so can't tell you how it performs. Lol
Might be easier to remove the manifold off the head but it's just been so long since I've had an NA manifold. The cast turbo logs are difficult to get access to the studs which makes me just split it at the cat joint.
The drain bolt is on the underside of the box, can't miss it.
Renaults are no different with engine removal I'm sure, same process of removing things and knowing where they go back on.
If youre coming out the bottom you'll need to have the car very high and drop the subframe with it. IMO much...
Don't think there's a guide as such but just make sure you take pics of pipe and cable routes, notes of where bolts come from and do the same with connectors and hoses.
Empty the gearbox of oil before removing the passenger side shaft.
172 cat to manifold bolts can be difficult to get off but...
Fair play to you mate for doing all this on your driveway. I do all mine on the drive but the weather is a massive pain in the as.s. just shows how much better the weather is in Essex compared to glasgow.
Love the box swap too. Do you need a new flywheel for that swap?
Too much of anything is never good. As said from others, a bit of a mixture will help with not overstressing all the time but getting it hot enough now sand then to keep the internals clean.
As long as the oil is up to temp it shouldn't be detrimental to the engine. The more you thrash a car...
Interesting but not sure it's my issue as I'm getting a good crank speed reading on WARI and scoff told me if this is happening the crank signal is fine.
