£15 for springs on ebay!!! cheap... im not gonna mention how much mine were now lol! coilovers are a better way to go though mate. my mate had same car in same red colour, he colour coded all the bumpers/spoiler/wingmirrors and it looked really smart.

i had two 12" alpine type r's and they took up the boot & weighed the car down.... but f**k!!! after seeing this...my setup was nothing lol!!! :eek:good job!! :cool: honestly i thought i was the only one who ever turned my music down at traffic lights etc incase of been labelled a chav!... glad...

nice set of alloys would make the car... 172 wheels are always a good bet & not too pricey :cool: colour code & low... try to think of a few little (subtle) mods that would make it that bit more individual.

the springs didnt effect my insurace that much tbf, did it make yours go up a lot? but that might be because ive been driving for 3 years & over 21 so maybe cheaper for me....

snap off the mudflaps!!! maybe colour code the bumpers + door handles, definitly get a mk2 spoiler. maybe some subtle light smoke tints??

cheers mate. And yeah ill slam it when i get the chance+funds :) its been a long time coming. I kept the same handles, they stayed on the car whilst i sprayed them... ive got plenty of experience painting very carefully lol as im studying an art course... my expertise lacks in cars :L so...

he got it off a mate who did the conversion... I bet you just found the qoute online by typing in the reg on confused.com or something! and the insurance companies assume its a 1.2 = hence the cheap insurance qoute you said youve known the car ages before you bought it. so im guessing its...

your situation has confused me...are you insured? think your insured? or not at all?? lol well.. the only way to dig yourself out of this mate.... is contact & update your insurance and pay the propper premium, or take your car off the road..... at least then you wont need to delete the...
