I dont think having a tight month warrants selling the car because I cant put decent tyres on it... They are budget tyres to get me by hence my tongue in cheek first post.
Why am I getting such a grilling!
Ffs, its not as if I wanted to fit poor tyres to my car, I simply couldnt afford to fit decent ones at the moment! Im glad to see that recession hasnt hit the CS High Rollers. Find me 205/45/16 budget tyre for less than £220 fitted and balanced that isnt...
Tried selling them a while ago Dave, I could only get £300 for them as there are a few marks.
People seem to think budgets are widow makers, there not dangerous (in the dry) but you just drive accordingly. Any one that knows me and how I drive will know I havnt fitted them because a 'tyre's and...
Did you really just ask that question...
Finances wouldnt allow me to buy PE2's at the moment... as I said in my first post. Needs must and all that.

I start a new job in september (fingers crossed) and ive had the Trophy now for about 14 months, great car, love it to bits but fancy a change to something newer.
Ive been looking at 4.4 lpg converted range rovers around the 12/13k mark as I fancy something with ALL the toys and its a bit more...
Sorry about the delays, will start cracking on with the ducts, had a short deadline with the bonnet so needed to get it done asap.
Mk2 FG bonnet... about £150.
Quick pic of the inner mold of the bonnet, was very quickly made and i'll only use it once as it was a one off.
IMO
If your using the car on the road too... cut your losses, sell up and get a Trophy plus another set wheels for track days, the car is perfect for track as is and if you want it 'stiffer' you can buy some adjustable rear shocks and unpin the front dampers yourself for under £250 quid...
If there is a market for them then I will :)
For now the only mk1 stuff I'll make are bonnets and roof skin, theres more of a demand for Mk2 stuff at the moment tho.
Sadly I havnt finished the ducts yet as a member has asked me to knock up a quick single skin valver bonnet for his car so this has taken priority, sneeky pic of the mold...
And yes that is a Williams roof in the back ground ;)
