The nylon bush that the clutch fork pivots against is where it creaks. Remove the clutch fork gator and spray some grease around the back of it. Ideally that nylon bush needs replacing whenever you get the chance to take the box off.
wd40 is no good as it just burns off. Even lithium grease...
Use a lube or quick detailer, and rub the clay back and forth over the car. You're looking to get the clay picking up all the crap that has bonded to the paint.

So I've finally got round to sorting some of the paint work on the Audi. It's covered in a lot of swirls and an alarming number of scratches and scuffs. Fair play to the guy who sold it me, he kept it dirty when I went to view it and collect it. Did a good job of hiding them tbh.

Always use a bit of copper grease on bearing assemblies. I had a friend who had some one offer to help him out with rear wheel bearings. Didn't know what he was doing, ended up welding the bearing to the stub axle through heat.
