    Just to echo what everyone has said in here about 3000's. Massively dusty, massively noisy, but if you need any more braking performance from a pad, you're doing something wrong.

    ABS coming on every time when below 5mph and coming to a stop

    My moneys on a cracked ABS ring. Mine started doing it and I noticed one of the front rings had a lovely crack in it. Never bothered fixing it, just made do.

    Re: My 172 Cup (T5MY G) 191.2 Bhp & 173.4 Torque I had to replace an injector when my car sounded like that, might be worth checking as it could damage things?

    I cant imagine for a second that head is repairable? I'd be tempted to drop a 2.0 ford engine in. Massively cheap for spares and tuning.

    Amazing looking place! Photos are epic as ever. The mothers off there tomorrow, and one of my best mates is out there for 2 years. Being 6"6 he doesn't stand out much.

    Very odd noise at 2800-3000 rpm

    Check your exhaust mounts are all bolted up tight, they can rattle and normally between 2500 and 3000. Also check you havent got any loose heat shields under there.
