any one know what size helicoil or time sert i'd need?

will the leg on the bottom of the helicoil foul the plug electrode?

i was thinking of trying that first it felt a little iffy when i re fitted the plugs yesterday but thought it would be fine

as above my sport has blown a plug out of the threads:( can this be fixed or will i have to strip the head off and replace it?
