£520 ish. Mainly due to me getting the more expensive versions of game but I know that they are ones I'll play loads so worth it in the long run

Yeah Chris Turner has played it and said that it is much better than even the good quality vids so I'm confident that it will be good. Unsure about the free mode thing but hopefully it will be different on line?

Just sorted mine out at lunch Launch console with fifa free, Forza Steelbook edition, BF4 China Rising and a charger. Working half day so picking up at lunch and away I go :)

I know you can probably remove them in game but where is the HUD? I haven't read them all but why are most of the reviews glowing regarding graphics? I smell I little bs maybe on both sides

Some people have mentioned the pads feeling a little odd but I remember replacing my old 360 pad with a new one and it felt completely different especially the sticks as they had obviously loosened on my old one. I imagine that after a few days you will have climatised to the new pad

Interesting to see the clock speeds have lowered as obviously the GPU makes up for it which goes to show that just quoting figures doesn't tell the whole tale

+1 Although I reckon that the fun side of the game will outweigh any graphical shortcomings (although looking at the vids it looks good enough for a launch title)

Gear change is just plain wrong lol but I suppose the Audi vid was better so hopefully it will be easy enough to sort. Remember FM3 didn't even have gear change animation at first then a small update added it so I'm hoping something similar will be done for any errors this time

I can't see the problem myself. I understand that buying a game only to then shell out extras seems daft but I would rather them delay certain tracks/cars if it means they are more accurate even if it costs more (isn't it about the same cost as a couple of pints?) Also the car packs on forza 4...

Apparently LaFerrari is going to be amongst the first DLC and Yas Marina is also going to be in the game too

They are announcing new stuff all the time so there might be a couple more surprises in there yet. If the rumours are true then all the tracks are now laser scanned instead of gps (I think lol) so in theory the real life tracks might feel different anyway
