Yep I'll be picking Christopher up in the morning then onto naiths then head down to our midland friends
See you all there...will be good to meet some of the people I have only ever spoken to on here

TBH I used to use both joysticks on GT4 and thought it was fine but in all honesty I find the triggers on the xb360 pad to be spot on..just a nice amount of spring imo
I think it is still going to be a good experience to play and tbh if I had some cash burning a hole I would probs buy a ps3 pretty much just for this. The thing that amuses me is not so much the delays but the way the fanboys (in general, not on here) ripped certain bits of forza 3 only to find...
I think they do have a flat spot around there as standard...a decent map should smooth it out m8. Mine pulls hard from feck all up to silly revs..more than just a map but even so it shold make a decent difference imo

Just spoke to Stephen about this. he did say that there are still a few places left and that there is a big pile of applications to sort through so they will be sent and by the sounds of it if you have sent off an application then you will definatley have a spot. So incase you weren't bothering...
My infield application should be with you today Stephen...hopefully there is room lol! Is there still tickets that get sent back once the app has been accepted?
Cheers
Chris
tbH I have the form here...just waiting on a couple of details (insurance number) then I can send it but obviously it won't get there till tomorrow. but it says in the form returned before the 3rd September. I'll send it tonight and cross my fingers lol
Cheers
Chris
Does anyone have a contact number to see if there is any chance of late applications being accepted? I have found out that I might be able to go but no point sending the form/paying the tenner if it is too late
Chris
As said it totally depends on the RR. Although amusingly if someone gets a high reading it is usually scoffed at as RR results are usually wrong. If it comes out as a low reading they are seen as an accurate set of rollers lol
Chris
Apparently they reckon before the end of sept...defo no more trackpacks tho

Still got the original sticker from when I joined 7 years ago. The colour had faded a fair bit so a bit of alcohol and a quick rub and now it is perfectly white and still mint! tbh I thought it would have lasted a few months at best when I got it.
There are a few posts about m8 that are similar to this but I'm not sure if there was a definitive answer. Nic's 182 is like this....pulls you all over the road when on cam in 2nd gear and although it still grips well enough it feels very 'loose'. Think driveshafts have been mentioned as well as...
Yeah I still haven't seen one in action yet. I imagine it would be better than cinema due to the clarity of the screen being better. There was a deal at the matalan in preston...samsung 40" 3DTV with a Blu ray player (3d capable as well) and 2 pairs of 3d glasses for £999 +vat which I guess...
All I know is when I had mine mapped on the rollers it made a massive difference when the filter was bent upwards to allow the cooling fans air to hit it. It made it quieter but I got a caf as soon as I could
Chris
He isn't talking about a brand new turbo s is he?! I had a little blast with an F reg 991/carrera or whatever and I was ever so slightly gaining on him from high 2nd gear in to 4th. I had a look and they are about 220bhp when running well which I reckon I could keep honest even in a straight...
