Cooks sprigs have gone mate ! As for the inlet , no wont change power but you ca have the inlet machined and flowed to get a good couple of bhp and it's been painted rather than the crappy silver lol !

Give them a ring they should have it down what was replaced ! Nothing to loose !

Well you really need it plugging in and seeing what codes are in there now , you can either buy a code reader and read them yourself , or get the garage to do it , but be warned having a code reader and a code saying lambda doesn't necessarily mean its a lambda sensor , it could be neumours...

Ahh right if its mis firing different story ! As said rip the plugs outmoded, one could be broke , I fitted a set once to my old car made it misfire , inspected them and the porcelain had shattered !

It's a hard one but either the coolant leaking out causing the engine to run hot with no water in , or the water isn't getting circulated so ie water pump thermo stat obviously thermostat is easier and quicker to check , also do the fans kick in when it over heats? Could be a knackered fan ?
