Tigerseal IIRC. Velcro does the job, although I haven't got any velcro on mine at the moment and it hasn't moved an inch.

Novelty didn't wear off when I had my induction kit. Did its job exactly as I wanted it for. Obviously you're always going to want more power, but that isn't always an option for young drivers.
