Shine comes from the lacquer clean coat. You may need to flat it back and machine polish it for best results though

The "Clio" and "sport" aren't actually fonts I think you can get a font that is similar to the "sport" but you have to pay a bit of money for it

Depends on offsets etc.

You need to key the surface (sand down so its not shiny and the paint has something to stick to) clean clean clean! 3/4 coats of a primer, leaving 30 mins between each coat (maybe use a plastic primer) then leave for a an hour or 2 to dry. Make sure its not tacky, flat it back a little bit...

Too common? Think I've only seen 2... maybe 3 on clios? Fair play for trying to be individual though

Not sure how the white/baby blue will look once its all finished, but good luck with it mate :) A white with a black roof would have looked better though. IMO of course.
